What to expect during the event:

- 30mins ocean inspired yoga at the beach,

- talks about overcoming fears and finding your power in the ocean and on land

- social surf session with our coaches (it's not a surf lesson, you have to be independent in the water)

- opportunity to ask our surf coaches and yoga instructor any surf or yoga related questions!
