What to expect during the event:

- yoga at the beach - dynamic yoga/ movement practice to warm up and get you surf-ready!

- social surf session with our coaches (it's not a surf lesson, you have to be independent in the water)

- opportunity to ask us any surf or yoga-related questions!

- good times with other like-minded ladies! :)

We will head to The Yoga Place Cafe after for a hot drink & brekkie (included in the price of the event)

Location: Blacksmiths Beach (we will confirm the exact location the day before, depends on surf conditions)

What to bring: your surf gear, warm clothes for after!
