Salty Sundays - Intermediate

Join us for the morning of surfing and good times! 

Connect with our female community, make new friends and improve your surfing skills.

This event is for all Progression - Intermediate Ladies that would like to:

• work on their surfing skills (you have to be ale to paddle out the back on the small day and catch waves by yourself)
• get feedback on their surfing during the video analysis session - the best way to improve!
• Connect with other ladies and make new friends to surf with
• Spend morning in the ocean with likeminded women

Video analysis will be held at the Yoga Cafe after surf session. You’re welcome to have something to eat or a drink while we watch the videos from the morning :)

What’s included:

• yoga inspired warmup at the beach
• 90mins surf session with experienced female coach
• Video analysis, personalised feedback and tips on what to work on
• Videos with your waves to take home
• Good times! :)

You will need: your surf gear (board + wetsuit), drink bottle

Max size of the group 6 participants and 1 instructor in the water + 1 on the beach taking video footage.

This event is 3-4hrs long

Price: $95

Location: Blacksmiths / Caves Beach, we will confirm the location the day before, depends on surf conditions.
