Salty Sundays

Start your Sunday right - join us for this social event, and connect with other like minded ladies!

What to expect during the event:

- yoga at the beach - expect dynamic yoga/ movement practice to warm up and get you surf ready!

- social surf session with our coaches (it's not a surf lesson, you have to be independent in the water)

- opportunity to ask our surf coaches and yoga instructor any surf or yoga related questions!

- good times with other like minded ladies! :)

We will head to The Yoga Place Cafe after for a hot drink (your choice of coffee / tea included in the price of event)
