Ladies Surf Progression Program

This 4 weeks Progression program is perfect for all the ladies that started paddling out the back and catching unbroken waves!

During 4 sessions we will work on - timing, positioning, wave selection, starting to go across the wave.

Requirements to join: 

• you have your own surfboard 

• you are able to paddle out the back (on small days)

• you can catch waves unassisted (with about 60% success rate)
