Beginners Program - Mondays 7:00am

This program was intentionally designed to empower women and show them how much fun surfing can be! 

When it comes to learning to surf as an adult there is no one-size fits all. We understand, more than anyone else, the barriers and challenges that women come across while starting to surf. That's why we created the program where you can meet other like-minded women and experience learning to surf in a non-judgmental, supportive and fun atmosphere. 

During the program, you will learn surfing theory, how to be safe in the water and most of all how to have fun catching waves. You will learn 3 different pop-up techniques, efficient paddling techniques, catching waves on your own. Each session is designed to help you progress! ​ 

You will get access to additional resources - Simple work outs to help with your Surf Strength & Mobility, access to a Private Facebook Group to connect with Women Soulful Surf community and more. ​ 

All classes are led by our experienced and SA qualified female instructors and kept at a small coach to student ratio of 1:5 ​ 

Price includes: 5x 90min lesson; use of soft top surfboard + wetsuit; additional resources to help you on your surfing journey; discounts from our partners. 

Location: Caves Beach & Blacksmiths (depends on surf conditions, each week we'll confirm the location via txt message the day before the lesson) Lessons will run for 5 consecutive weeks - same day & time. 

Program cost $325 - you can choose payment plan with PayPal - Pay in 4 (interest-free payments), or email us for different payment options. 

PLEASE NOTE: If you can't make it to the lesson you have to notify leading coach via txt message. You can book a make-up lesson for missed session with the other Beginners group within the same term only. Make-up lessons are non-transferrable for other WSS Programs. In case conditions are not good (surf too big or dangerous) we will postpone the lesson.
