1 to 1 and small group classes

This course was designed with an ocean loving woman in mind!

Bringing full spectrum of yoga practices into one place.

Physical practice to strengthen, tone and stretch those parts of body that you use the most while surfing.

Meditation and breathing exercises to help you calm your mind and overcome anxiety, not only in the ocean but also in everyday life.

 

All of that served in a light way, making it fun and accessible to everyone :)

Surf Programs

We offer 3 different programs to accommodate your surf level

6 weeks Beginners Surf Program -
August - September 2021 
Thursdays 9.30-11.00am

4 weeks Progression Surf Program - September 2021 Thursdays 7.00-8.30am

Surf Fit Yoga Program

New dates coming soon!
6 weeks program to build strength, mobility and flexibility to improve your surfing! Women of all ages are welcome, no previous experience needed.

During this program we will focus on those parts of your body that work the most during surfing. You will build muscle memory that translates into your performance in the water. 

It's a great program for women that want to improve their fitness in a non-judgmental, supportive and fun atmosphere.

All classes are led by experienced yoga teacher.
